Scope of Services All services provided by Polymarph Media Hub Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) shall be as outlined in the signed proposal or quotation. Any additional services will require a separate agreement and may incur extra charges.
Payment & Fees
A non‑refundable advance of 30% of the total project fee is due upon signing.
The balance is payable upon delivery of final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments beyond 15 days of invoice date will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled shoot incur no penalty; cancellations within 15–29 days incur 25% of the project fee; cancellations within 0–14 days incur 50%.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Delivery & Turnaround
Standard delivery timelines are 4–6 weeks for full edit projects, unless otherwise specified.
Rush requests may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to the Company’s schedule.
Revision Policy
Up to two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate, as specified in the quotation.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the Client receives non‑exclusive, unlimited usage rights to the final deliverables.
The Company retains the right to use all materials for self‑promotion and portfolio purposes, unless a written NDA restricts such use.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, project details, and trade secrets shared during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services in question. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
