Brief & preparation
We identify the audience, key spaces and architectural features. Access, styling, light, timing and contributor requirements are planned to present the property clearly and consistently.
Production & craft
Composition and camera movement guide viewers through the space. Lighting conditions, material details and the relationship between rooms are considered alongside exterior and contextual views.
Review & finishing
Images and films are finished for listings, websites, presentations and campaigns. Aerial filming or specialist formats are scoped separately and remain subject to permissions and site feasibility.
What you receive
Edited architectural photographs, walkthrough films, social versions and aerial views when feasible and included.
Your final assets are organised for the agreed website, presentation, social or print use. Formats, versions, usage rights, review rounds and delivery dates are confirmed in the project brief. Based in Hyderabad, we support projects across India and international assignments by arrangement.
Scope & practical considerations
Property staging, cleaning, occupant consent and access are coordinated with the customer. Drone flights and virtual-tour hosting are separate scopes subject to feasibility.
The scope, crew, specialist resources, permissions, schedule and deliverables are agreed for each project. Images illustrate the service and are not a claim of a completed client project.
