Not everyone who wants to be there can make it into the room. A considered live production gives them a way to follow the conversation as it happens. Clear sound, useful camera coverage and a prepared crew help a remote audience feel included rather than left watching from the sidelines.

What we can create

  • Conference and presentation streaming
  • Multi-camera live coverage
  • Recorded event versions and highlight edits

Planning your project

We assess internet connectivity, venue power, audio routing, platform access, camera positions and rehearsal requirements.

A considered production process

  1. Brief & preparation

We review the venue, platform, audience, programme and technical requirements. Connectivity, sound access, permissions and contingency arrangements must be assessed before confirming a live production.

  2. Production & craft

Camera coverage, switching and sound are coordinated with the event team. Rehearsal and agreed responsibilities help prepare for changes in timing, speakers and presentations.

  3. Review & finishing

Recording and post-event outputs are agreed alongside the stream. Reliable delivery depends on venue connectivity and platform conditions, so these are tested and documented before the event.

What you receive

An agreed live feed, local recording backup where feasible, and edited recordings or highlights if included.

Your final assets are organised for the agreed website, presentation, social or print use. Formats, versions, usage rights, review rounds and delivery dates are confirmed in the project brief. Based in Hyderabad, we support projects across India and international assignments by arrangement.

Scope & practical considerations

Connectivity and third-party platforms can affect delivery. Redundancy is scoped to the event; uninterrupted broadcasting cannot be guaranteed. Music and broadcast permissions must be cleared.

The scope, crew, specialist resources, permissions, schedule and deliverables are agreed for each project. Images illustrate the service and are not a claim of a completed client project.
